The Allentown Rotary Club Foundation has named Natalia Golebiowska, Maya Saliby and David Thor as recipients of the 2026 Roger and Louise Mullin Scholarships.
Golebiowska, a student at Allentown Central Catholic High School, will attend Penn State University. Saliby, from Louis E. Dieruff High School, will attend New York University. Thor, from William Allen High School, will attend the University of Chicago.
The students were honored during an Allentown Rotary Club luncheon on May 15 at Cedar Crest College. Each recipient will receive $3,000 per year, for a total of up to $12,000 over four years, beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year.
The Roger and Louise Mullin Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students from Allentown high schools who plan to attend a four-year college or university. Applicants are evaluated based on community service, leadership, academic achievement, financial need and interview skills.
The scholarship fund was established through a 1993 endowment gift from the late Rotarian Roger W. Mullin Jr., former chairman of the board of Mack Trucks. Since the early 1990s, the Allentown Rotary Club Foundation has awarded approximately $450,000 in scholarships to deserving students.
