Phil Joly is a Grammy Award-Winning recording and mix engineer best known for his work with Common, Daft Punk, Residente, Lana Del Rey, and the Strokes. After nearly a decade working at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, Phil built his first private production and mix studio in the West End Theatre District of Allentown, PA.
Gatsby House is a one-room 20’ x 30’ creative oasis centered around a Rupert Neve Designs 24 channel analog summing mixer, with Universal Audio converters and Neumann and ATC monitoring.

Rachel Ana Dobken is a powerhouse musician (drums, guitar, vocals, keys) with a knack for blending heavy, indie-rock and soul. Described as ‘My Morning Jacket meets Amy Winehouse,’ she’s been featured by Relix Magazine, Guitar Girl Magazine, American Songwriter, The Aquarian Weekly, New York Times and more. She worked closely with famed music photographer Danny Clinch as original Music Director of his Transparent Gallery in Asbury Park, NJ. She has performed with Ben Kenney of Incubus, Mike McCready, G. Love, Blind Melon, Robert Randolph, Rayland Baxter, Brian Fallon, Nicole Atkins, Tash Neal and more.
Her newest LP, “Acceptance” is out March 8th, 2024 and was produced by Erik Romero (The Front Bottoms) and Paul Ritchie (The Parlor Mob) alongside Dobken. It features members of Blind Melon, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and more. Follow her on all streaming + social media platforms to hear more.

Kyle Pulley is a producer/engineer and co-owner of Headroom Studios in Philadelphia. He’s worked with such artists as Alex G, Dr. Dog, Hop Along, Cafuné, Mo Lowda and the Humble and Shamir. He was the co-writer/co-producer and bassist in the band Thin Lips and toured the US and Europe with bands like Modern Baseball, Slaughter Beach Dog, The Front Bottoms, and Justin Pierre (of Motion City Soundtrack).
In addition to working with artists, one of his greatest privileges is getting to mentor many younger producers, including those from marginalized backgrounds, along their way to full-time careers in music.
When he’s not working on music, he is helping his wife Yowei Shaw launch her new podcast, PROXY, hiking the trails in Wissahickon Creek Park, or hanging out at his favorite bar around the corner from his house.
