ArtsQuest is bringing back the SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival for its 13th year, turning Bethlehem’s SteelStacks campus into two packed days of fast, unscripted comedy. The festival runs Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24, 2026, featuring improvisational teams from across the region and around the country.

The Lehigh Valley’s comedy scene takes center stage this fall with the premiere of Popcorn Pushers: Season 01, a darkly funny new sitcom from creator Jiah Peck and his production team, Pigeon City. The series follows the eccentric staff of a struggling movie theater secretly owned by loan sharks, inspired by Peck’s real-life experiences working at Regal Cinemas in Quakertown and the County Theater in Doylestown.
Free Standup Shows Take Center Stage at All-New LVwithLove ComedyPlatz at Musikfest
BETHLEHEM, PA–After successful late night shows the past six years, Musikfest is doubling down on comedy with more shows than ever at the festival this summer.
New this year are free standup comedy shows Aug. 11-12 at the LVwithLove ComedyPlatz, presented by Lehigh Valley with Love Media and Never Again Radio at The Ice House, 56 River St., Bethlehem. More than 30 comedians will perform at six shows over the two days at the Ice House, an official Musikfest venue for 2017. Highlights include Blair Socci of MTV’s Ladylike and Guy Code vs. Girl Code; Shane Gillis, named 2016 Philly’s Phunniest at Helium Comedy Club; Dina Hashem of Comedy Central’s Roast Battle; Dan Perlman, co-creator of the animated series That’s My Bus!; and Patrick Monahan, named one of Paste Magazine’s 75 Best Twitter Accounts of 2016. These comics, along with many more from New York and Philadelphia, will be performing alongside some of the Lehigh Valley’s best comics. Shows are 7, 8:45 and 10:30 p.m. both nights.

Comedy Festival slated for August 11 at The Ice House in Bethlehem
BETHLEHEM, PA (August 6, 2016) – The Ice House on River Street in Bethlehem will transform into a laugh factory on August 11 during the Inaugural Lehigh Valley with Love Comedy Fest with shows at 7 and 9 p.m.
The Comedy Fest is presented by Never Again Radio and is the first of its kind in the Lehigh Valley, and will feature a showcase of comedic talent from New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and the Greater Lehigh Valley.
“We’re very excited to be bringing some laughs to the Valley this year,” said George Wacker, owner of Lehigh Valley with Love Media. “Giving the Lehigh Valley something a bit different and unique that week is going to be special. And hilarious!”
