Lehigh Valley’s Top High School Theatre Talent Takes Center Stage in PSF’s Muse of Fire Production of Much Ado About Nothing

Posted On November 12, 2025 By lvwithlove In Blog, Community News /

The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival (PSF) is celebrating the region’s brightest young performers with The Muse of Fire Project, a new educational theatre initiative featuring a cast and crew made up entirely of high school students from across the Lehigh Valley.

Their production of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing will take place December 20 at 7:00 p.m. and December 21 at 2:00 p.m. on the Main Stage at DeSales University’s Labuda Center for the Performing Arts in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

Directed by Kim Carson, PSF’s Director of Education and Community Engagement, the program gives these student “theatre all-stars” a chance to perform on a professional stage while collaborating with experienced artists and designers. The result is a fully realized Shakespeare production that brings the Bard’s classic wit and warmth to life through a new generation of performers.
