New Bethany Launches “There’s No Place Like Home” Stay-at-Home Giving Campaign

Posted On May 19, 2026 By lvwithlove In Community News /

New Bethany is inviting the community to stay in and give back through its annual There’s No Place Like Home campaign, a stay-at-home gala designed to support neighbors facing hunger, homelessness, and hardship.

For more than 40 years, New Bethany has opened its doors to individuals and families in need across the Bethlehem community. In 2025, the organization helped house 207 households, supporting people as they regained independence and rebuilt their lives.

Rather than hosting a traditional gala, New Bethany is asking supporters to make a gift from home. Donations to the campaign will help the organization continue providing food, housing assistance, financial services, and support programs that help people move toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Founded in March 1985, New Bethany has provided more than 1.1 million meals, supported over 2,000 residents through housing programs, and worked with 12,000 volunteers to serve neighbors in need.

The campaign reflects a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves a place to call home.

The campaign is currently underway. Supporters can make a difference by donating to New Bethany’s There’s No Place Like Home campaign.
