Kick Off the Holidays at the 2025 Coopersburg Tree Lighting

Posted On November 21, 2025 By lvwithlove In Community News /

The annual Coopersburg Tree Lighting returns on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Coopersburg Borough Hall, 5 N. Main Street, hosted by the Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, Coopersburg Borough, and Coopersburg Fire Rescue. The event is free and open to everyone.

Santa arrives at 6:00 p.m. on a tractor-pulled hayride from Hausman Fruit Farm, with free photos courtesy of Lindsay Lerch Photography and hayrides offered through the evening. East State Street turns into a small-town holiday lane with local vendors, crafts, and food from favorites like Good’s Jakes Restaurant, Mama’s Majik Kitchen, Jaquelyn’s on Main, Hausman Fruit Farm, and Onward Coffee. Burn barrels hosted by Coopersburg Fire Rescue, plus complimentary s’mores provided by Xfinity and Designing Wealth Management of Raymond James, keep things warm and cozy.

Giving back is built into the night. A portion of proceeds supports Coopersburg’s volunteer fire department, and from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. the Horner family will host a “give a coat, get a coat” drive in gratitude for the support they received after losing their home to a fire earlier this year. The evening wraps up just before 8:00 p.m. with the lighting of the Coopersburg Tree, the moment many locals consider the true start of the season.
