Posted On November 12, 2025 By lvwithlove In Community News /

The Bethlehem Parking Authority (BPA) is again partnering with local nonprofits to support families across the Lehigh Valley this season.

How to donate

  • Food drive (benefiting New Bethany): Drop non-perishables at BPA Offices, 85 W. North Street, throughout November 2025.

    • Suggested items: rice, canned meats and vegetables, beans, shelf-stable milk, pasta, cereal, peanut butter. Thank-you: 4 hours of free parking at the North Street, South New Street, or Polk Street garages.

  • Toy drives (Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem and Northeast Community Center): Donate new, unwrapped toys or gift cards at BPA Headquarters through December 19, 2025.

    • Popular items include dolls, toy cars, board games, craft kits, LEGOs, learning toys, and stuffed animals. Thank-you: 2 hours of free parking at the same participating garages.

Additional drop-off opportunities

  • Bethlehem Chamber’s Holiday Cocktail Crawl: Nov. 15 and Nov. 22, 2025, noon–5 p.m.

  • SouthSide Arts District’s “Naughty or Nice” Cocktail Crawl: Dec. 6 and Dec. 13, 2025, noon–4 p.m.

“Small gestures, a few cans of food or a toy for a child, can go a long way toward lifting spirits in our community,” said Tiffany Wells, Deputy Director of the Bethlehem Parking Authority.
