PBS39, Lehigh Valley with Love Media to Debut Television Show

This show, based on the popular Lehigh Valley with Love podcast, will premiere at 11:59 p.m. Friday, June 14 on PBS39.

Bethlehem, PA. – June 13, 2019 – PBS39 will debut the Lehigh Valley with Love podcast on Friday night, June 14, 2019. Each of the eight episodes of this new television show, produced at PBS39’s studios in Bethlehem, will feature Lehigh Valley personalities from all walks of life. Hosts George Wacker and Tyler Rothrock’s interview style includes personal anecdotes and splashes of current events.

“PBS39 is proud to be working with the Lehigh Valley with Love podcast,” Tim Fallon, Chief Executive Officer at PBS39 said. “This platform has already proved to be an effective medium for storytelling. Now, through this new partnership, we will be able to bring the stories of the Lehigh Valley to an even wider audience.”

The Lehigh Valley with Love podcast was founded in 2017 by Lehigh Valley with Love Media owner George Wacker and comedian Tyler Rothrock. The weekly audio version of the podcast features interviews with Lehigh Valley personalities. Former guests include actor Daniel Roebuck; Congresswoman Susan Wild; NBC10 photojournalist, Jim Friedman; former contestant on America’s Got Talent, Doogie Horner; and more than 70 others.

“The goal of the Lehigh Valley with Love podcast has always been to share the stories from those who live, have lived, or have a connection to the Lehigh Valley,” Wacker said. “Both Tyler and I feel strongly that the Lehigh Valley has as amazing stories as anywhere else and we couldn’t think of any better way to share them than through the partnership we have with PBS39.”

-Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment, Lindsey Knupp

-Kutztown Barbershop City Cuts owner, Jonathan Escueta
-Sports Illustrated writer and author, Jack McCallum
-Author, runner and coach, Mark Will-Weber
