Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Opens New Outpatient Medical Practice at Promenade Saucon Valley

Posted On October 24, 2025 By lvwithlove In Community News /

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation has opened a new 4,700-square-foot outpatient physician practice at Promenade Saucon Valley in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Located at 2845 Center Valley Parkway, Suite 450, across from Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, the facility serves as the new home of Good Shepherd’s Physician Group.

The practice specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), providing care for patients with disabilities or recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain. The physician team includes Dr. Sandeep Singh, Dr. Vivan Shah, Dr. James J. Daley, Dr. Daniel McNeill, and Dr. Jeffery W. Williams.

“This location offers centralized, convenient outpatient access for patients and families throughout the region,” said Dr. Sandeep Singh, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs.

The Promenade site replaces Good Shepherd’s former outpatient location on the South Allentown Campus. The new office, located behind Red Robin, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with free accessible parking available. A ribbon cutting and open house will take place Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 4 to 6 p.m.

In addition to Center Valley, Good Shepherd’s Physician Group operates locations in Allentown, Wind Gap, and East Stroudsburg.
