Find Your Bethlehem Star – Official Rules
Find Your Bethlehem Star: Shop Small. Win Big! is a holiday promotion encouraging residents and visitors to explore participating NorthSide and SouthSide Bethlehem businesses.
The promotion is presented in partnership with the Citizens’ Christmas City Committee, SouthSide Arts District, Visit Historic Bethlehem, Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, and Lehigh Valley with Love.
Promotion Period
Find Your Bethlehem Star begins November 28, 2026 and ends December 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Entries received outside the promotion period will not be eligible.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
How to Enter at a Participating Business
Visit a participating Find Your Bethlehem Star business during the promotion period.
Find the Bethlehem Star located inside the business and scan the QR code displayed with the star.
Complete and submit the official entry form.
Participants may submit one entry per participating business location. Finding stars at additional participating businesses provides additional entries and additional chances to win.
Duplicate entries from the same person for the same participating location may be removed.
Alternate Free Method of Entry
You may also enter without visiting a participating business.
Online Entry Form:

Complete the entry form and select:
OTHER – Online Entry (No Store Visit Required)
No purchase or store visit is required to use the alternate method of entry.
Participants using the alternate online method may submit up to the same maximum number of entries available to a participant visiting all participating business locations during the promotion period.
Entries exceeding that maximum may be removed.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees and representatives of Lehigh Valley with Love, campaign sponsors, and participating partner organizations, as well as their spouses, parents, children, siblings and members of their household, are not eligible to enter or win.
Participating businesses serving only as promotion locations or prize contributors are not considered campaign sponsors unless otherwise identified.
The promotion is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Prizes
Prizes will include gift cards and certificates contributed by participating Bethlehem businesses, 3D-printed Bethlehem Stars used as part of the promotion, and other Find Your Bethlehem Star prizes.
Select prizes may also include retired bulbs from the Bethlehem Star’s previous lighting system.
Alcoholic beverages will not be awarded as prizes.
The final prize list and approximate retail values will be posted on the Find Your Bethlehem Star campaign page no later than November 28, 2026.
Gift cards and certificates are subject to any terms and conditions established by the businesses providing them.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by the prize provider.
Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection is expected to take place between December 28 and December 30, 2026.
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number submitted with their entry.
If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 10 days, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, another eligible entry may be selected.
Email Addresses and Newsletter Opt-Ins
An email address is required so organizers can administer the promotion and contact potential winners.
Providing an email address for contest entry does not automatically subscribe an entrant to a marketing email list.
Entrants may separately choose to receive emails from:
- Visit Historic Bethlehem
- SouthSide Arts District
- Lehigh Valley with Love
Only entrants who affirmatively select an optional newsletter signup will be added to that organization’s marketing list.
General Conditions
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, duplicated in violation of these rules, or otherwise inconsistent with the promotion rules may be disqualified.
The organizers are not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet service, lost or delayed submissions, QR-code malfunctions, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond their reasonable control, or other issues interfere with the fair administration of the promotion.
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the promotion organizers regarding eligibility, entry validation and winner selection.
