By entering, voting, submitting a patio, or participating in Lehigh Valley Patio Palooza 3 presented by Banko Beverage Co., you agree to the following terms.
About the Promotion
Lehigh Valley Patio Palooza 3 presented by Banko Beverage Co. is a community voting and submission promotion organized by Lehigh Valley with Love Media. The promotion is intended to celebrate local patios, outdoor dining spaces, and home patio spaces in the Lehigh Valley.
There are two parts of the promotion.
Restaurant, Bar, Beer Garden, and Outdoor Dining Patio Voting
Participants may vote for their favorite participating or write-in local patio.
Home Patio Edition
Participants may submit their own backyard patio, deck, porch, or outdoor space for consideration.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Participants must provide accurate contact information when voting or submitting an entry.
Home Patio Edition entries must be submitted by the homeowner, renter, resident, or someone with permission to submit the space.
Lehigh Valley with Love Media may remove any submission that appears false, misleading, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise not in the spirit of the promotion.
Voting
One vote per email address per day is permitted unless otherwise stated on the entry form.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or suspicious votes may be removed.
Write-in votes may be accepted at the discretion of Lehigh Valley with Love Media.
Final vote totals and winners will be determined by Lehigh Valley with Love Media based on eligible entries and votes received.
Home Patio Edition Submissions
Home Patio Edition participants may be asked to provide their name, email address, town or city, street address, description of their patio, and one or more photos.
Home addresses are collected for verification and winner contact only.
Home addresses will not be posted publicly, shared on social media, added to a public map, or published as part of the promotion.
Lehigh Valley with Love Media may publicly identify Home Patio Edition entries by first name, town or city, general description, submitted photos, or other non-address information, unless otherwise agreed.
By submitting photos or descriptions, participants confirm they have the right to share those materials and give Lehigh Valley with Love Media, Banko Beverage Co., and participating promotional partners permission to use them for promotion of Patio Palooza, including on websites, social media, email, video, and other marketing materials.
Prizes
Restaurant, bar, beer garden, and outdoor dining category winners may receive a party or promotional event at their location sometime during the summer, subject to scheduling, availability, and final approval by Lehigh Valley with Love Media, Banko Beverage Co., and the participating business.
Home Patio Edition entrants and winners may be eligible for prizes, which may include a Miller Lite mini fridge, lounge chair, patio umbrella, Banko Beverage Co. shirts, koozies, promotional items, and other related giveaways.
Home Patio Edition entrants and winners may also be eligible for a $100 QuoteAhead outdoor project credit connected to Patio Palooza participation and a qualifying QuoteAhead job request.
The QuoteAhead outdoor project credit is subject to QuoteAhead’s approval, terms, availability, and qualification requirements. A Patio Palooza entry or vote does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the QuoteAhead credit.

Prize details may change. No specific prize is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Lehigh Valley with Love Media.
Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
Winners may be required to respond by email or phone within a reasonable time. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
Publicity
By participating, entrants and voters agree that Lehigh Valley with Love Media, Banko Beverage Co., and participating promotional partners may use their submitted name, business name, patio name, town or city, photos, comments, and related submission materials for promotional purposes.
Home addresses will not be used for publicity.
Privacy
Email addresses and contact information may be used to administer the promotion, contact winners, verify submissions, and send related updates.
Participants may be given the option to sign up for the Lehigh Valley with Love newsletter. Newsletter signup is optional unless otherwise stated on the form.
Lehigh Valley with Love Media will not sell home addresses submitted through the Home Patio Edition form.
Content Standards
Submissions may not include offensive, hateful, threatening, explicit, illegal, or misleading content.
Submissions may not violate the rights, privacy, or property of another person.
Lehigh Valley with Love Media may reject or remove any submission for any reason.
General Conditions
Lehigh Valley with Love Media may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if needed.
Lehigh Valley with Love Media will make final decisions on eligibility, voting, winners, prizes, and interpretation of these terms.
This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release Lehigh Valley with Love Media, Banko Beverage Co., QuoteAhead, participating businesses, sponsors, partners, and their representatives from claims related to participation in the promotion, use of submitted materials, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or attendance at any related event.
