Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center has launched the 2026 Pennsylvania LGBTQIA+ Health Survey, a statewide effort to better understand health needs, barriers, and priorities across Pennsylvania’s LGBTQIA+ communities.
The survey collects input on topics like access to affirming and affordable healthcare, preventative care and vaccinations, tobacco use, mental health, and gender-affirming care. Results help LGBTQ+ centers plan programs, strengthen grant applications, and support more inclusive policy work across the state.

Who can take it? Any LGBTQIA+ Pennsylvanian age 13+.
